A: Hello Tonya - Thank you for your question and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. No this broom does not have a 7" handle. It is a 7" wide corn whisk. There is no actual wood handle. You use with your hand to brush surfaces off, for example, a workbench, outside table, cabinets, Shelfs in garage or basement, small floor areas, etc. I kop this helps. Best Regards, Product Expert

A: Hello Rak - The length of the whisk is 9.50" and that doesn’t include the very top handle with the small hook ring to hang it up. If you add the top handle the length is 12" long. I hope this helps. Best Regards, Product Expert

The broom stinks like a barnyard or zoo. Don't keep it in the house. I bought it for furniture painting but would not recommend it for that purpose. Bristles were too uneven in length.

The brush does a good job of sweep dirt and dust in small spaces. I have used it to sweep my patio furniture cushions, sweep away dead leaves between outdoor planters and exterior door rod iron door. No need to use water hose, Glad I purchased.
