The handle is 37". From the top of the handle to where the broom begins.
Rather stiff and quiet while being good at it's job without being ostentatious.
Hello HJones - Thank you for your question. Although the wood handles on both broom are 1 1/8" in diameter, the the main difference between the two is the sweeping path. The 14" has sweeping bath 16" wide. It is a little heaver, thicker and has more sews in the broom head making it more durable for bigger jobs. The 12" has a sweeping path of 13" wide and is a little lighter and more for everday sweeping indoors, garges and porchs, etc. Both corn brooms are great. Thank you!
it is not heavy. the handle is robust, but the corn part is thin and cheap. do not buy
Hello Sweeper - Thank you for your question. This broom is made in Carretera Cadereyta , Mexico. The manufacturer is Reynera and also known as American Cleaning Supply.
I have used it on my "carpet" doormat with great success.
Looks like ash.
Are you nuts?
Not sure about using this broom on fine high-gloss polished floor. I use it outdoors.
