Hope you don't have issues. Zero customer support.
Hired a Licensed Electrician to install ($125 an hour / 2hr install + 1 hr troubleshooting). He installed it and turned the breaker on. The fan came on as well as the bright white light and alexa blue ring. After exactly 10 sec, the fan shut off, light changed to soft white, then turned off, then blue ring turned off. It now repeats this every 10 seconds. Tried factory reset, did nothing. Still doing it. Their CS is only open M-F 0830-0530. Exactly when everybody else is at work.

Alexa will disconnect constantly
Bought this so baby girl can have music in the shower and Alexa, now trying to figure if I can bypass straight to the lights and fan. Just glad I used 14/3 romex to wire this.
-Alexa will de-pair constantly and is a pain to reconnect and requires 3rd party software on a phone that is not straightforward.
-Will de pair from the wall constantly
-The controls are to complex for older and younger people (in-laws can't use the options)
-Clogs easily (clean often).
+Good Fan Flow rate and light.

Did not last!
Bought this fan a little over a year ago and it is rusting and the light and Alexa do not work. I am replacing with another brand. Even when it was brand new, I noticed it did not help with ventilation during showers.

JUNK!!!!
I thought this would be a great addition to my smart home. Compared to other smart devices’ interfaces Homewerk’s is not easy to navigate and the functionality isn’t impressive whatsoever. Even though I check the box to stay singed in it constantly logs me out so the Alexa function is pretty much null and void. Even trying to use the bath fan without Alexa is a challenge. I’m a 6’2 230lb man and I have to jamb my finger on the switch as hard as I can just to get the fan to turn on.

It doesn’t last
We install this fan 8 months ago. The installation was fine but the connection to the Wi-Fi and actually make it work was difficult. It always got disconnected for some reason and we had to restart the whole thing again and again. Eight months went by and now the lights and the fan don’t work. This product is horrible I will not recommend it to anyone.

Do not recommend
Assembly went fine and this fan worked great for the first two months it was installed. Then, the piece of glass that shows the fan icons fell off the switch. See picture along with this review. The piece of glass with the icons has lost its stickiness, so now we have no way of telling which button does which function. Also, the piece of glass with the icons chipped from falling onto our bathroom sink. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this product.

Great fan, below average Alexa
Fan works great. Installation was a breeze. Kept echo dot in bathroom and daughter steals regular echo for showers for sound quality and volume. Sound is “tinny” and has echo. Echo dot sounds better and is louder. Microphone is worse than echo dot and you have to yell at it. Love the idea but not the delivery.

Smart,quiet and useful
I have to say the package condition was very good when I received. I was so surprised with that. My husband installed it by himself. Because it is easy to install if you read the instruction carefully. Especially I love the features with Alex. Now I can listen to the music while taking a shower. The important thing is it is much quiet than my old one. I can Change the light color easily and the colors are beautiful. Enjoy my new fan!

Good, not great for the price.
This one had everything I was looking for Alexa, Nightlight and Music. Installed semi easy. Was very disappointed it wouldn’t play my music from apple. Every other device I have plays Apple Music. Sound quality? It has sound, but not quality. Like listening to muffled, flat music. Want better sound, use almost anything and it would sound better. Way to expensive for mediocre sound. For the price should have been able to make any color and had better sound.
