80 CFM Easy Install Ceiling Mount Bathroom Exhaust Fan

These were easy to install and are quiet. The cover looks nice enough and I like that it doesn’t have a light.

This ceiling mounted exhaust fan from Homewerks is made to retrofit/replace an existing fan. My old fan was failing and making a horrible noise so I got this replacement. The old fan was larger, so I shimmed the opening with a 1" thick board before installing the new fan. Installation was straight-forward and it took about an hour. The finished product looks nice and works even better.

This is a very basic fan that does the job very well. It removes the air and moisture very well, and leaving the bathroom well ventilated, cause it does its job well. It does not have all the the bells and whistles, but we are not missing them, because it does the job it was intent for, move air and moisture and keep the bathroom fresh. I am very happy with this choice.

The Homeworks 50 CFM exhaust fan is perfect for smaller bathrooms and / or replacing an older exhaust fan. What makes this exhaust fan different is the capability to easily remove the main internal blower assembly for mounting the fan frame and accessing power wires. Once the fan body is in place, and wiring hooked up, the fan assembly is reinstalled back into the frame. The Home works 50 CFM exhaust fan is surprisingly quiet compared to other exhaust fans. Overall, the Home works 50 CFM fan is a good basic bath fan and a tremendous value.

The HOMEWERKS WORLDWIDE 110 CFM CEILING NO CUT INSTALLATION BATHROOM EXHAUST FAN was a easy install and does a great job removing the moisture from the bathroom during a hot shower. I’m in construction for a living and really enjoy a hot shower, it helps the sore muscles after a hard days work. My bathroom didn’t vent well and there would be moisture all over the room and on the mirror. I removed the old ceiling mounted heater and this fan installed perfectly in its place and now not a drop of moisture anywhere after a shower.

A really nice ceiling fan. COVID-19 restrictions prevent me from installing it, but I took it out of the box, tested the motor which is very smooth and quiet, and reviewed the instructions. It will be easy to install - the motor is easily removed from the fan body, and the 4" exhaust port slips nicely into place. I do wonder when someone will make a vent fan with the exhaust port on the top, rather than the side, which makes more sense when installed into a ceiling below an attic...

Homewerks exhaust fan does the job for small half baths or powder rooms. The fan is pretty simple to install and all the mounting hardware is included. Fairly quiet model but I prefer exhaust fans with lights, especially in larger bathrooms. Not very familiar with the Homewerks name but so far so good, everything but housing is plastic. We painted our cover black to match our farmhouse decor.

The Homewerks Bathroom Ceiling Exhaust fan is ready to get to work right of the box. The installation takes time but well worth it since the fan is fairly quiet. I always like to turn on the fan specially when taking a shower; it prevents mold buildup around the bathroom or rust on metal or chrome. On one of my washrooms I did not have an exhaust fan and the light fixture got rusted after a few years so I had to replace the fixture and to prevent future rust this fan came in handy. The grill is simple and it disappears with the ceiling and you can tell it’s there once you turn it on but it is overall quiet at 2.5 sones of sound rating while it works hard at 110 CFM. It comes with a five year limited warranty but I do not think I’ll need it by the looks of it. Overall looks simple and gets the job done.

I just installed the first of two of these Homewerks Worldwide 50 CFM Ceiling No Cut Installation Bathroom Exhaust Fans. This first installation is just the stand alone fan unit as I already have a separate bathroom light fixture and switch. The second fan unit that I purchased has a LED light incorporated into the exhaust fan unit as I only have one wall switch which operates the fan and the light together. That will be my next installation. For this installation, other than it being July and the attic being very hot it was an easy installation. I just had to do the attic work early in the morning while it was cooler. In comparison to my old existing fan the new Homewerks fans come with the squirrel cage design which makes for a much smoother and quieter fan operation. These fans also have a no cuts design and come with flanges for easy mounting of the unit to either directly to the ceiling joist or wall stud. The wiring is also made easy with the quick connectors whereas you just strip your house wiring and insert it into the connectors (no wire nuts needed). It’s a fairly easy installation and the instruction guide breaks it all down and takes you through every step of the way should you have any questions.

This 50 CFM ceiling bathroom exhaust fan is going to do exactly what it supposed to do, pull out the steam in the odors from our guest bathroom. It’s just the right size for the room we’re putting it in and it looks a lot better than the old one we took out there wasn’t any wiring that need to be done because it plugged in where we already had an outlet in the white finish matches our popcorn ceiling. It’s very quiet so reading while we’re in there is not a problem, or listening to the phone.
