A Great Low Price Bathroom Fan
The Homewerks fan is a great no cut bathroom fan option. The 7.5" x 7.25" galvanized frame housing is 5.75" tall and designed to be installed without having to cut your existing hole to a larger size, or have to access from the attic/ upper floor. With 80 CFM airflow it can handle a medium sized bathroom up to 80 sq feet. The fan runs a 1.1 sone loudness level has a little background noise but is not at all loud. The built in cool white LED light is dimmable and has a brightness of 1000 Lumens and over 30,000 hours rated life. UL listed for install over a tub or shower with a GFCI. The fan comes with a 3-year warranty.

This HOMEWERKS Round Decorative White 80 CFM Ceiling and Wall Mounted Bathroom Ventilation Exhaust Fan is definitely a level up from my OEM bathroom exhaust fan. From Dimmable LED light to a quiet 1.1 sones level, this unit gives it a bit of a technology edge to the older and noisier exhaust fans originally installed in most homes. 80 CFM airflow is powerful enough to keep moisture at bay in a standard bathroom (up to 80 sq ft). Engineered for an easy diy install project. Very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great Quiet Fan
No grills or grates!!!!! Rather large light covering for the size of the box fan, but I'm not complaining. 80 CFM at 1.1 SONES!!! This bad boy is quiet and will move some air effectively. Replaced my basic Broan-NuTone 696N model perfectly. Integrated LED that will last a lifetime and is surprisingly pretty bright at 1000 lumens! Sleek look when installed, will go great in any bathroom or laundry room. Would recommend!

Looks like a light and is one too
I got this HOMEWERKS Round Decorative White 80 CFM Ceiling and Wall Mounted Bathroom Ventilation Exhaust Fan with Dimmable LED Light to replace an ugly, old exhaust fan in our bathroom.
The fan looks like a light, rather than an exhaust fan and it actually is one too.
The fan is much more silent than our old one and it looks soo much better.
The installation was a bit involved since it wasn't a 1:1 exchange, but not too bad after all.

perfect for a medium size Bathroom !
HOMEWERKS Round light bathroom fan great for a medium bathroom . the unit is designed for a easy wire up and install . the unit will attach to a 4 duct and the wiring is plug and go /done . the HOMEWERKS Round 4000 k cool bright white can be installed on a you supply dimmer switch. the fan unit is a 80 Cfm quiet 1.1 sones unit . you can install this unit on a single switch (you supply) .the LED light doesn't have a selection switch so it has to attached to a dimmer switch to adjust brightness . the power lead wires are well marked !

Nice fan
I got this fan to replace our old one. The old fan vents strait out of the top, but the vent pipe was huge so we were able to put this one in its place, but only after some modifications to our existing space. So, this did take more work than i had hoped. It would have been perfect if our old vent went out the side instead of the top, but we made it work. The fan is great and the light is nice too. The design is very understated and blends right in with our decor. I appreciate the fact that the packaging was eco friendly, too!

Love the modern look
Love the sleek modern look! No mesh or grille, just an elegant flat white fixture with a concealed fan above. Bright and quiet (1.1 sones) and has enough air intake (80 CFM) for a small bathroom / shower. Mine is about 9’x6’ and it exhausts quite well. Easy install for new or existing installation with very clear and descriptive instructions provided. Just make sure that the ceiling opening is the appropriate size (7 1/2” x 7 3/4"). Has quick-connect wires which are labeled to save time. Can be wired to turn the light and the fan together or on separate switches. The cover has the built-in LED lights and the diffuser does a great job spreading the light. I do not yet have a dimmer switch, so haven’t tested that yet, but it is rated as dimmable. The light is rated at 1000 lumens and the 4000K color is in a bright white. The cover is held by two spring loaded clips for easy install and removal, no screws to deal with. Can definitely recommend as an update replacement or a new install.

The instructions are detailed and precise. You can pair your light wiring to a separate switch to control the dimness of the light or pair both the light and fan to 1-switch. The 80 CFM clears moisture in medium sized rooms up to 80 sq. feet. The noise level is 1-sone which is equivalent to the sound of a refrigerator running. We are replacing an older fan that came with the home. Cut Out Dimensions needed are a minimum of 7.5 inches x 7.25 inches for the housing. Check before beginning. LED integrated light (NO Bulbs Needed); Brightness-1000 lumens (75 Watts); Dimmable; Cool White, Energy Efficient. The housing is corrosion resistant, galvanized steel and built to withstand moisture. This product is a great fit for a bathroom or laundry room, anywhere you need to remove excess moisture. Attractive, blends in while brightening up the room. I highly recommend this product.

Surprised and Pleased
I was initially skeptical of this brand and the product. I really had to think about installing it or not as I was afraid of quality issues. I was wrong, this is an 80 cfm (thats a lot of power) that is only 1.1 sones which is honestly very quiet. I am so impressed by this fan. It shipped well packed without defects, the instructions were easy to follow, the wires were modern with the new pre install connections, and it is well made. I am very pleased with this and the LED 400k or medium white light.
