        A:  This totally depends on your rug shampooer (how much water does it suck out of the rug?) and the type of rug or carpet you have. It takes no longer to dry than regular carpet shampoo.

              A:  I have used it on upholstery.  But the color match was a problem for me. Check color Match in a hidden area.  My upholstery was very old and resulted in color difference.  Lessor of two evils.  It needed cleaning!
