Out of the box Pet turbo tool missing

Disappointed with the purchase- Picture of What's in the box shows "Pet Turbo Tool" but it was missing when sealed box was opened. That tool was the reason for purchase of this vacuum cleaner.
Haven't used the vacuum cleaner because I plan to return it due to missing tool.

Great vacuum, but could use some tweaks!
I bought this to replace an older, similar
Hoover Windtunnel vacuum. Comparing the two, this machine is much heavier and more difficult to push. The power button should be near the handle, where it can be reached quickly, not halfway down the back of the machine in an awkward spot. Emptying the dust cup is simple and straightforward.
However, performing suggested filter maintenance is difficult if you have reduced hand/wrist strength. I nearly returned this to the store because I could not remove the “twist off” top of the dust collection cup to get to the upper filter for cleaning. I finally took it to a local vacuum store to see if there was a trick to removing it. The man was able to open and
close it easily several times, but commented that someone with less hand strength (older people with arthritis) might have trouble with that design.
It’s definitely more difficult to open than the old model vacuum.

I'm cleaning more!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since using this amazing Hoover vacuum we have had less cat and dog hair in the carpet and on the furniture. The first time using this vacuum I cleaned one room and pick up so much dirt. (Picfured with this review). This vacuum is very easy to use, convenient, and made from a great company. My favorite part of this vacuum is the rewind cord and seeing all the hair and dirt off the floor through the canister.

My new BFF
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this vacuum. It picks up everything! I've attached a photo of a pillow my cats have used, that I've been neglecting. It looks brand new! The cord rewind is probably my favorite feature! I have a shark duo clean that a few years old and the hoover outshines it like Marsha to Jan. The only con I have is it can be a little hard to push sometimes but the pros out weigh that! Thanks Hoover!!

Convenient and Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to sample for free from BzzAgent. I was very impressed with how easy it was to assemble. From box to cleaning with ONE small screw in just minutes. When I cleaned my livingroom rug with it, I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of deep-level dirt was extracted into the cup. I could feel the vacuum hugging the carpet as I cleaned, and it even cleaned the hardwood areas too. The best part, with a dog who likes to chew, is having a self-retracting cord! Simply press the button and it winds right back up into itself for safe and simple storage!

Great Vacuum!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had this vac for a few weeks now and I love it!! It has amazing suction, the tools work great, it's not heavy so doing stairs isn't bad. It's not extremely light either so it really feels like it's a good machine. The retractable cord is a big deal for them I mean it's a great feature but I would love this vacuum without it. It worked great on hard floors and on the rugs! It comes in 2 pieces but it's very easy to together. It's also very easy to empty the canister snaps in and out very easily and it's a push button empty. I definitely recommend this vacuum unless maybe you have a small apartment. It's pretty big & doesn't hang or anything so you need a spot to store it. If you need a nice powerful vacuum though I highly recommend!!!

Sturdy, effective household vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll admit it - I'm a vacuum snob. Over the years, I've owned a few models of the fancy "Scandinavian" brand, a couple Bissell vacuums, and now the Hoover Windtunnel. My household consists of a thirteen year old hockey player (can you say "STINK"?!), a 14 year old miniature poodle, and a 13 year old cat who likes to mark her territory quite a bit. Needless to say, I'm always trying to make my house smell better and keep my floors vacuumed. I was slightly skeptical of the Hoover Windtunnel at first, mainly because it's a little bulky and lacks the bells and whistles that other machines have (like a front light or swiveling handle). It seemed to take a lot of effort to move it across my Berber carpet - but that was remedied by adjusting the carpet level dial on the front of the vacuum. Where this vacuum really shines, however, is on hard floors. Typically, most vacuums struggle on hard floors, flinging debris and litter pieces all over the place - but not the Hoover Windtunnel! I happily vacuumed the linoleum all around my cat's litter box, not once sending rogue litter flying into the depths of every corner. Never did I imagine myself beaming with delight after vacuuming up my cat's sloppy litter tracks! PROS: Powerful suction Retractable cord Three tools included Canister so I can see all the mess CONS: Loud The tools kept falling off as I maneuvered around

Good vacuum for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hoover WindTunnel Cord Rewind Pro Upright Vacuum does a good job getting all the dirt and pet hair off of my floors. I have laminate flooring with rugs and carpet in the bedrooms. All the settings on the head of the vacuum work, for the type of floor, but the knob is difficult to switch between the because of the location. All the attachments work, it would be nice to have a smaller spinning attachment. The vacuum is a little heavy (I am 4'11") and the head of it is bulky and a little big, so it doesn't get into small spaces. The retractable cord is nice, but it doesn't seem to reach as far as other vacuums I owned.

Totally recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free to try from BzzAgent. All thoughts and opinions after trying this product are my own. First, I appreciate how easy this was to assemble right out of the box. You only have to screw the handle on and it is ready to go. It is also a nice looking vacuum. It looks quality. It is quite a bit heavier than my current vacuum which is the only downside for me, but the weight of a vacuum is not a make or break thing. It's obviously about how it performs. I was really happy with how this performed. It lifted a lot of dirt out of my carpets. I was impressed when I went to empty the canister. It seemed to clean 2x as well as my current vacuum. I appreciated the the canister was super easy to remove and empty as well. Just a couple pushes of a button. It easily clicks back into place as well. The tools are effective and easy to use. Finally I really appreciate that this has a cord rewind on it. My previous vacuum did not and it was one thing I really hated was having to deal with the cord. The cord rewind function takes care of the, the cord is rewound into the vacuum with a push of a lever. It helps to keep the cord straightened out to feed back into the vacuum easier but so much simpler than wrapping s cord around your vacuum.
