My chimney flute outside dimensions are 12”x16” but it doesn’t have round corners, it has 90 corners. Is there a way to still make this flute work since it looks like it has rounded corners?
square corners is a non typical flue. I dont think the 12 x 16 will work without customizing. A SCADJ-L may be a better cap as it has a little more flexibility.
Will this adjust to fit a 11" x 7" (outside dimension) flue?
No, it will fit down to 7-1/2" and 11-1/2". Those are outside dimensions, as the cap attaches to the outside of the flue
Will this fit a multi flue type with a combined total width of 12 7/8 inches and 17 1/2 inches? The measurement is a combined width and length, not each flue. So each flue is half the measurements provided above.

My flue pipe is almost flush with the chimney crown. Would this stainless steel 20 inch x 20 inch fit using it as an outside cap mount on the crown and still have enough height from the flue pipe to the top of the cap?
It's not recommended to use a bolt-on cap directly on the crown if your flue pipe is almost flush with it. Instead, consider using a crown mount cap like one of our **BigTop** caps, which provides a more secure fit and proper clearance above the flue. Alternatively, you can use the **SSLK leg kit** to convert the cap into a slip-in style that fits inside the flue, ensuring proper functionality and venting performance. This will ensure adequate airflow and help prevent issues with backdraft or moisture accumulation.
