I have ran a lot of my outside, above ground...
I have ran a lot of my outside, above ground power utilizing 1/2 and 3/4" EMT pipe and fittings because I really like the "clean" look of the installation when it's completed (I used a hickey for the offsets and bends). In cases where I've needed the flexability for additional branches of power, I prefer these conduit Tee's and they provide an excellent way to keep the wiring weather tight when making connections. These are quality made fittings and I have used this brand of fittings carried at Home Depot. I recommend these fittings for those applications.
