Missed seeing the how many to be used question. First is you can’t use to many clamps. For metal conduit (I’m going from memory) you are required one within 5 foot of you box and one for every 10 foot length. I like to put one within a couple feet of the box and one at each joint. So I would purchase 5 but you can get away with 4.

How do you convert from #size to pipe diameter? For example I need hangers for 3/4", 1", and 1 1/...

Starting with #0, each number is one trade size. 0 = 1/2" 1 = 3/4" 2 = 1 " 3 = 1-1/4" 4 = 1-1/2" 5 = 2" 6 = 2-1/2" and so on. The same trade size can be used for either EMT, IMC or ridged conduit.

Do these come in 1 inch

Yes. Just make sure they are sized for the type of pipe you are using. 1” EMT has a smaller diameter than 1” pipe.

Used two packs to hang pipe for an outdoor curtain. Couldn’t have been simpler. Maybe in the future they’ll be packaged with hardware.( bolts, washers and nuts). But it did come with a screw, but nothing to connect the actual hanger from the awning frame.

Used these pipe hangers to install conduit pipe, which I cut and used as outdoor curtain rods on our outdoor pergola. Worked great. Installed caps on the ends for a finished look.
