Can I purchase a separate cover for the firepit since the original cover ripped?
Can they stay outside without any cover and if it rain it won’t be damaged
Is the fire pit safe to use in a screened deck?
My fireplace isn’t lighting. I have double checked all of the fittings and lines. It worked twice before and ran for about 15 minutes each time. Now, nothing.
Hi there, we’re sorry to hear your fire pit fails to ignite after previous normal use. Please try these extra troubleshooting steps: Fully open the propane tank valve and wait 3–5 minutes to flush air out of the gas pipeline. Remove the burner cover and clear spider webs, dust or debris blocking the ignition ports. Press and hold the ignition knob for 10–15 seconds after clicking the igniter to accumulate enough gas for ignition. If still not working,please check the following 3 steps : Firstly, please close the valve of the gas cylinder to prevent the gas from escaping. Next, hold down the button on the left and listen carefully for any "popping" discharge sound. Then, If there is no discharge sound, please also check if the battery is brand new and has been installed correctly. Finally, check if the ignition pin of the furnace core under the stove desktop has shifted. If the ignition pin shifts, please restore it to its normal state. If these steps still don’t fix the issue, please send us photos or short videos of your gas connection, hose and burner, and we will offer further after-sales support.
