This Hampton Bay Linear Track Lighting Head provides an abundance of light and sophistication to your interior space. It features a multi-directional lamp head to provide light to difficult places where light does not reach. A linear track section and power supply is required sold separately or use as an add-on to a Hampton Bay Linear, Commercial Electric or H/EC 3 BUS track lighting system you already have. Has a medium based socket for use with a multitude of different types of light bulbs sold separately. Truly a Universal light fixture.

What are the full details about the light bulbs this fixture uses? Could you please provide the size of the base, and the specific Model # of a compatible bulb?
The description specifically states any medium base bulbs (list a variety of types) with a limit of 100 watts.
I’m looking at lightbulbs and want as much light as possible from a PAR38 bulb and noticed that most the LED bulbs that are 150 - 120Watt equivalent are in reality only pulling between 15 and 16 watts, would that be safe to use in this light fixture?
You can use a 150 equivalent since it's true draw is under 100. The highest I've seen for that socket type so far was a 65watt (actual) led that was equivalent to a 450 watt incandescent (6000 lumen). That's insanely excessive, but does work.
