Hampton Fan Remote
This worked fine except the battery that was sent in the package was bad- it will made the install bit longer if you had have a fully charged battery in the package. We knew the wiring steps was good but still didnt work, lucky we had purchased 2 and was able to swap one battery for the other and thats how we found out the battery was DEAD. We contacted the store and they wouldn’t give us a replacement battery so had to buy a pkg of 2 for appox 7.00. The product was good but manufacturer should had fully charged batteries included with the product but as the seller “home depot” should be willing to replace the faulty battery to the customer if doesn’t work. Spent xtra time and money installing due to faulty battery in the box ! I give 3 stars for inconvenience and time spent.

Easy to install and works great with Home Decorators collection ceiling fans that Home Depot carries. The wall switch buttons match the remote that came with the fan so it looks uniform and not like a remodel.

Works well…with the wiring does not talk about the fan. Has two black wires that power light and fan on the fan. The controller is well marked what controls fan and light. Tough to find on line about fan..one black wire has some white stripe…took a guess that was light and was correct on my fan. Tech support via email takes days and was not on topic….took 7 days for tech support to get correct
