This size is too large for it. And it need to be connected to ductwork to exhaust.

No, but it’s much quieter than other manufacturers’ fans that are 80 CFM. This is the fan I use if my customers want a quiet fan.
It says 2.0 sones on the box.
These fans are integrated units. Unlike many more expensive fans, it's not possible to swap out the motor separately. Looks to me like you'd need to swap out the whole thing.
