What's the question?
Yes, the Black Deck and Tree Mount Adapter for Landscape Lights will work with the #1002757124.

Well, in my case (lights from light kit SKU # 1001488928) they simply screw into the light base in place of the threaded metal stakes that come with the lights. I think those stakes are pretty typical of what the lights come with. In my case I used the spikes/stakes for most of the lights but had one that was a special case and this fit the bill for that.
They screw in the light just like the ground stakes.
The male threads of the adapter screws into the female threads of the light fixture I bought. The adapter would be used in lieu of the stake that comes packaged with the light fixture. I assume this would work for all Hampton Bay brand landscape light fixtures that have female threads?
This base screws into the bottom of your light fixture. It is difficult to see from the product photo but there are threads on that round center stub that will fit the bottom of your light fixture. You might have to unscrew your fixture from whatever base it has now, usually a stake to go into the ground. The "V" shaped notch in the base will allow you to lead your wires out easily.
The hole is threaded. Remove the stake from light and just twist together
