Elmcroft 7.63 in. 1-Light Brushed Nickel Modern Farmhouse Wall Mount Sconce Light with Cobalt Blue Metal Shade

We are pleased with these sconces to help complete our farmhouse look in our bathroom. Mirror was also from Home Depot. I thought the prices we good, as both cost more at other locations seen.

Lightweight and easy to install, this wall sconce adds just the right vibrant blue accent. I installed it as a bath vanity light but it would be good anywhere a sconce is required. The silver is matte and complements but does not compete with chrome bath fixtures.

The package contains lamp parts, hardware and a handy tool to spin the retainer ring onto the socket ferrule. I like the appearance. The black finish makes the lamp an inconspicuous source of illumination. The lamp was well-packaged and easy to assemble and install. It is lightweight; so it readily is made secure.

Nothing new there/ They ship a tool to screw the retaining ring into the wall unit to hold the hood. It's nice they thought of that. For what it is it does not come to far out from the wall. Going to put it in our remodeled bathroom. Can't wait for it to be done.

Nice light, easy to install. This was a nice looking light and it was packaged well. I had it shipped to my house and it arrived with no damage. The blue color has a slight purple hue to it but it still looks blue. The brushed nickel looks nice. It installed very easily and quickly. It will install to either a single gang box, 3 inch round box, or 4 inch round or octagon box. The white interior reflects light well and sends it down cleanly. It came with a handy tool to install the threaded retention ring that worked very well.

I love the look of this style of sconce. It has kind of a timeless look that you can use with all kinds of decoration styles, from industrial to modern to coastal, etc. it is small (as noticed in the description) But that is part of its charm in my opinion. It allows you to put this kind of look in room where it may not have fit otherwise. I’m sure using this for a small bathroom is what several people may look at with this, but this would be a great accent light over a bedside table, or a reading chair or artwork, or any number of other places. It has a matte white finish and seems really durable. And luckily it comes with this nice tool that allows you to thread and screw on the nut that holds the shade onto the fixture. Otherwise there were no way my fingers were fitting up in there. Great light!

This light arrived well packaged and without damage. I was pleased with the instructions and assembly. We did change our minds on installing it as we just were not ready for it again. I am sure that this is extremely trendy but we will wait to install it until later. The quality is there and will make a great addition to your home no doubt. The light fixture is glass and a thick gauge to enhance your purchase and longevity.

I bought this because of the trend where you get one or two of these and turn them facing up, then put an LED in it so you can have a light anywhere. It was for a young lady in my extended family. It's super easy to mount to a wall and do that if that's what you're looking for. If you're installing like normal the wiring is also super simple and quick to install. Either way it looks good. The white and the gold finish looks sharp. Modern and classy at the same time. Very trendy.
