Not sure what you mean 10lb or 20lb the actual weigh capacity of a sawtooth hanger is determined by what you are nailing into. Poor star rating is Serious to us. That’s why this site is not accurate. Please return the item. We ship exactly what is ordered.

These work great for these 4 foot wood signs I’ve been making. I use one on each end and they supply more than enough strength to hold them up. My favorite part is the nails are actually long enough to grip to be able hammer them in.

Misleading
If you look at the small packet of this item it states package qty 3. This product also states package of 3 and total qty of packs 50. In fact you only get 50 hangers shipped loose in a box and 2 packs of 100 nails each. I suppose still a better value but all the same very misleading on what to expect.
