Item arrived with one wicker piece cut on the back but decided to live with that. Unfortunately the back will not fit in the chair properly at all as it will not go down on the upright supports as designed. I tried to take the pieces apart an get it to partially work, but still won't work good enough to comfortably use and the seat cushion sticks out 5 or 6 inches as the back doesn't fit. Even if it did fit, where it is placed would still make the cushions fit. Very disappointed as I already ordered the matching loveseat, 2 chairs and dining set.

Action a little stiff. Needed to lubricate moving parts to work better. Back cushion should have had an attachment, the wind easily blows off the cushion. Good value compared to more expensive recliners.
