Received the table and chairs and two of the chairs have broken/cracked seats. Also, Instruction manual calls for 16 total screws (also the number of screws received) needed for assembly, but assembly actually requires 18 total screws - short two screws to properly assemble table
Called Toll-Free Customer Service Hotline four times and received automated answer service (can't reach live person) and voice mailbox full so couldn't leave message.
Very frustrated

Comfortable and sturdy. We set it up (fairly easy) and were pleased with the look and comfort of the chairs. It rained the next couple of evenings, so tonight we had dinner at the new table. Great. The table, with the fire, was great. Chairs were very comfortable.

Ok, this is a follow up to a previous review. It’s been over 2 months and the 2 replacement chairs finally arrived. One is cracked again! I am so frustrated, back on phone again with CS. If they crack so easily in transport, what chance is there that the will last any length of time out in the elements? How does Home Depot do business with such a poor quality manufacturer? If it were possible I would take the entire thing apart and bring it back to HD! This is insane... Will be contacting HD customer service next to see my options...

Two of the chairs came broken with cracked arms and seats, called customer service they were receptive and are sending out replacements but are backordered 8-12 weeks! Also was missing 1 bolt for table and 1 for chairs. Those were sent out right away by CS. The table works well and looks great, however, the chairs have an odd forward pitch to them and are not the most comfortable. I wish we had tried them out before buying. For the high price of this set I expected much better quality and comfort. I would not buy this set again.
