PLEASE BEWARE: If you are looking for the 4”...
PLEASE BEWARE: If you are looking for the 4” Butt Hinge with 3 holes (pictured) do not order this. I ordered twice and both times received a 4” Butt Hinge with four holes. May not seem important but as I am replacing existing hinges I need them to be exact replacements. I’m not sure if the item has changed and the picture has not been updated or that someone was not paying attention when fulfilling my order but when I returned these to the store on two different occasions neither of the sales people could explain the problem nor help me to get these pictured hinges. Very frustrating when a customer needs to get “specific” help on an item but the system does not have any mechanism to help outside the normal ordering process. Always had good luck with Home Depot but this is frustrating!
