8-Tray Large Stainless Steel Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryer

I have had 2 Harvest Freeze driers since 2021. Brent at Harvest Right was very helpful during the purchase process and when needed to contact customer service they have been helpful. There are videos to watch that help with repairs and maintenance. I have learned how to do maintenance and repairs on both my machines. I freeze dry a lot of items from full meals, desserts, snacks, fruits, local dairy products and my farm fresh eggs. My products range from everyday use to long term storage.

I purchased a large stainless steel harvest Right freeze dryer it is very user friendly, The operators booklets are very easy to follow pictures and step by step, also if you have any issues technical support is always there very knowledgeable friendly and professional.

I absolutely am loving my new XL Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! The customer service is excellent and the process to freeze dry is so easy! It is so fun to try new things and the machine is so simple to use. If I have a question the customer service is prompt and so kind! I cannot wait to share all of the sweet treats that I am making for my candy stores and family too!

When I purchased this product the seller was not knowledgable about what was being sold, and I was not totally either.I ended up with a pharmaceutical machine with the intention to do foodie doesn't work that way.The staff at HR walked me through the steps to convert the machine to do food.Ive had a few issues with the machine the staff is always patient and we get it back up and running smoothly. All and all its a good unit,If I had another ID use that too.Make sure to get the largest one you can afford.

Best purchase of the year. If you haven't thought about a home freeze dryer you should check these out. Harvest Right they have been around longer then the competition. Super excited to finally have one. Not a small purchase but a very important one. You won't be disappointed. We just purchase ours recently but I have a good friend who has had one for over a year and loves it

We cant say enough good things about this product. We can freeze our own products instead of depending on the small choices out there. We can supply the whole family with products now

We have experienced leakage, and the monitor went out and is black - we couldn’t even retrieve the data from it on a flash drive. Mind you, we have only used the pharmaceutical grade freeze dryer 3-4 times and the screens given out. We tried to do some trouble shooting ourselves and ended up on a forum page with other users experiencing similar. For an expensive and supposedly high grade piece of equipment, I was not impressed with the failures.
