Is it big enough for a rabbit?
We'd recommend a larger trap for rabbits.
I'm guessing that it's probably not. Of course, that depends on the size of the rabbit, but in general, since they'd stick their heads in, I think they'd have enough power to squirm themselves out. I'm confident that it could catch babies. I was able to catch a couple mice and one medium rat. I ended up getting a Uhlick repeater traps. I think that could be used for rabbits. Perhaps a small rabbit would fit, but larger ones probably couldn't access the food well. I used it for a chipmunk my cat brought in and it was perfect for the purpose.
Will it catch a small skunk
It may not be recommended for skunks, but I have caught a half dozens skunks in my HaveaHeart model 1025

Yes, we caught 22 and released in a meadow about a mile away. Peanut butter worked best.

It is large enough if you lock the back door in the closed position and place the bait close to the back door so that the squirrel is completely inside the trap before it trips the trap mechanism.
