Easy to Apply, Not Clear when Dried
I find some caulks stick to me better than what I am applying them to, but this one worked fine and was easy to spread out with a rubber glove on. Do not know about longevity, but disappointed it turned amber when dried (see pic)

I used this to seal nails and gaps on fascia board, I then primed over the caulking with Kilz. I'm sure the Kilz will crack over time and need to be repainted, but so will the priming on the rest of the fascia board. The caulking itself feels like it will maintain a waterproof-seal over the fasteners for a long time.

I re-roofed my workshop and because of the architecture there were gaps at the ends. Using a wooden plug and this product sealed the ends to make the building truly waterproof. Goes on easily. Used popsickle sticks to smooth the joints. A little goes a long way.

Product was adequate.
I am overall happy with the product. I said it would dry crystal clear, but dries with a yellowish tint. It is on an exterior addition i added, so wasn't a huge concern.

I used Henry clear seal to seal 1/8" spaces in my deck and it is finally sealed after trying 2 other products.

Henry 212 All purpose Crystal Clear Sealant is a really wonderful product. Not only does it do the job but when the job is done it's so clear it is hard to tell if any repair was made.
