Yes. That's what I used it on.

if I use this on hardwood floors will they be ruined forever if someone wanted to peel up the old tile?

It will get into any gaps between planks and never come out. I was talking to a floor guy yesterday and he recommended against my painting a hardwood floor for this same reason.

Yes, thoroughly sweep and clean the concrete, then apply the primer with a roller. It will seal the concrete to allow a much better bond with the peel and stick tiles. I found it to be much better than just applying the tiles without the primer as they seem to stick better with less tendency to separate or come up.

It seems to have worked well. I scraped off as much of the old glue as I could and then put on two coats of the bond enhancer with a paint brush, since it was just a small laundry room. After it was fully dry, which took an hour or so between each coat, I laid down some self-stick flooring. It stuck very well, so it must have worked. I don't know what would have happened without it, but don't really care to know.

It was easy to apply, there was one case where I didn't have the floor prepared right and after the tile was all put put down I notices it. tried to pull the tile back up and had to use my scraper and a hammer to get it up, where the old tile that had been put down with out the Bond Enhancer just came right up.

Seems to work well enough. I will not really know for a year or two though. Went on well and dried in needed amount of time. Way too expensive but hopefully it does its job.
