4 days later, not dry.
I bought this to smooth the small transition between two floors. After applying and smoothing out, I waited. And waited. And then did some more waiting. 48 hours after application, it was dry enough to not leave a mark when I pushed with my thumb. Then I did some more waiting until I could walk on it without leaving a mark. I think tried scraping the high spots where the product hadn't wanted to smooth. the scraping tool dug in to the original concrete and easily removed an entire line of patch. The product under the first bit was still wet. So I had to scrape off almost all of the patch, clean it up, and reapply with a legitimate concrete patch. When I looked through the ingredients, there was nothing that actually cured - the product seems to be designed to only slowly harden.

    Read this before using! ***
Excellent product when used within specifications! Have used three times and here are some things I’ve learned: 1). NOT self leveling and best used for SMALL patches. If you need to cover a large area or self leveling, use a self leveling product. 2) Either the product is inconsistent or it is HIGHLY affected by the relative humidity of the environment - One application of a newly opened product was difficult to work with and found the substance more grainy than a subsequent application where that package of product was more moist and laid down flatter. First application took three days to dry at 1/8 of an inch application over a five foot by three foot oval. Next application dried overnight when I turned up the heat and put an oscilating fan over the area, current application not dry yet in areas 1/8 or slightly more yafter letting sit over night, but it is a rrainyd day in the area and I did not use a fan nor turn up the heat.3). Third use of the product I spread it on multiple areas of plywood subfloor and then went back to smooth out a section which I’d finished twenty minutes earlier. It looked as though still wet, but got super crumbly when I went over it with my tool as it had already started to set. The PRODUCT STARTS TO SET QUICKLY so use a separate container and put a small amount for each area you are working on - and KEEP THE TUB CLOSED until you are getting more product out. You can probably avoid some of this issues people have reported in the comments by doing this one thing. 4). Does not clean easily or completely off of tools. For my second and third applications I bought a $4.00 set of Anvil plastic putty knives spanning 1 1/2 to 6 inches wide which worked bautifully. Definitely recoomend this approach. Used metal trowels on first applications. This worked ok, but virtually ruined the tools even though we cleaned them immediatly after finishing the application. Used the Anvil 3 inch plastic putty knife to scoop it out of the original container into another small plastic tub, then used the six inch plastic putty knife to spread

Great product I been use Henry premixed PATCH n'LEVEL for over two years. That is the best product you can ever have. It dry hard, but it do not crack like cement level, it can be use on wood or concrete floor. You also can use a sender to smooth the surface. very easy to use it.

I bought this product because I wanted to level some places on my outdoor tile before I put outdoor carpeting down. I don't want tripping hazards and I want the water from rain to drain off. However I found this product to be hard to trowel evenly. If it were on wood sub-flooring where you are going to put down some new tile it would be fine. I will use regular grout which is much finer and easier to spread for my purpose. The Patch n Level product does dry fast and can be scraped to make it smooth to some degree later. It is very gritey like sand. So I will NOT use it on my project. The attached image shows after I scraped it on the upper tile when dry to remove the excess. I would recommend it for another type of project considering its consistency.

I had bad holes and deep grooves on all sides of the garage. I was skeptical abut the product until I started to fill the deep holes and cracks. It was amazing and see to level by itself without much work. I t dried overnight and did not require any sanding or clean up. I would recommend for any concrete crack job big or small.

Takes a while to dry if you have no air circulation and are not using any fans. Caution, this stuff likely contains ethanol glycol, until the leveler completely dries! If I'm not mistaken once dry, the ethanol glycol pretty much safely/harmlessly evaporates and does not rehydrate. So remember to safely dispose of the waste water from the rinsing, as well as any other wash water rather than simply draining into a septic leach field. Depending on your local codes, in Alaska here, dispose small amounts five plus feet away from any connecting ditches and rivers, ensuring a barrier to prevent runoff into the ditches/rivers. (eg. Federal Clean Water Act.) Stuff should, again harmlessly evaporate on the lawn, while being being careful of any pets around. A lot of tiling or grout premixes also contain a similar ethanol glycol. #1 Tip: Wet your trowel with a wet rag or I tend to splash a little water with a wet rag atop the newly applied trowled leveler. And then use the wet rag and small two gallon bucket of water for constantly wiping down the trowel to prevent caking of the leveler on the tools. (Thanks to Pete who posted a review containing lots of suggestions, as well as this very important tip!) #2 Tip: Use a box fan to rid the freshly applied leveler of moisture! In a bathroom, a small exhaust ceiling fan will still cause a 6-12 hour dry time. Using a 20 inch box fan, I had transparent drying on the 1/8 inch feather/skim coated areas within a couple of hours! The thicker areas also showed significant drying, but still pasty/soft to the touch. #3 Tip: I'm by far no expert yet at floor leveling, but using a good two to four foot long metal ruler is quite essential for marking the low areas with a magic marker. (See attached photo, with black marks indicating the edges of adequate high/supported areas and areas that are the lowest.) Once marked, trowel in a ridge along the middle of the low areas, carefully preventing adding too much, to bring up to the hieght of or level with the higher marked areas. Allow to dry. Next day, skim coat an adequate layer of leveler covering the areas between all proper high areas and using your ridge of yesterday's dried leveler as a guide. Third day, skim/feather coat or if you wish to grunt excessively, sand it as others have died doing!
