I believe it is noted on the install instructions or on line. I read it somewhere. From my recollection the recommended temp range was what I'd consider what you would have in a normal room in your house. I do recall very low (<40/45deg) or really hot (>90deg) tempts were outside the range.
Heritage Mill cork floors are factory finished with a UV-cured urethane finish. Additional sealers or finishes are not required nor recommended.
No, acclimation is not required for this product. However, if you will be storing the flooring for a period of time prior to installation it should be kept in a climate controlled area consistent with the room(s) it will be installed in.
According to the manufacturer, you can have up to a 1/4" varaiation if I recall correctly. I installed on an old concrete floor that had some hills and valleys considerably over that and so I used self leveling concrete over the whole floor to fix it. (something it needed anyways, it was severe) But if you just have small variations you should be fine, especially if you use a pad underlayment.
