The fold down board is very unstable
Poor construction
I absolutely would not purchase this item ever again
Didn't notice how poor of a product it was until it was completely installed and tried to use it
If it wasn’t installed I would return it in a minute

So happy to find this hide away in Shaker style...
So happy to find this hide away in Shaker style door! Builder has not installed yet as I decided to have cabinet maker paint the door the same color as the other cabinets in the laundry room. Will post pic when done. Also great price!
