Legs Weak
Bought 4 chairs, to upgrade 10 year old chairs. Day 5, leg of chair #1 severely bent where it attaches to caster. Day 7 leg on chair #2 bent same place . When getting chairs ready for return noticed on chair #3 all 5 legs were bending out at casters. Chair #4 was OK; it wasn't sat on. The casters did not roll easily. Glad we kept the 10 year old chairs. Chair return was hassle free.

This is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in, the entire design is flawed at best, and saying that it is designed ergonomic is a lie. The foot rest is also a joke, no way anyone could sit comfortably in this chair, and I'm a small person, I cannot imagine a larger person even being able to sit in it.

No cushion!! Not comfortable!
Just got the chair today and Very unhappy with my purchase. Seems to be a solid structured chair, its just had no cushion!! The picture is misleading! Guess I should have spent more money and got a Real Executive chair. I've been sitting in it for a couple hours and so uncomfortable. Now, I'm debating do I want to go through the hassle of returning it. Dam this Sucks!!
