Eclipse 48 in. W x 74 in. H Frameless Sliding Shower Door in Chrome

I was very impressed by the quality of these doors. First of all, they are thicker than a leading brand out there. They are very well made, even though the delivery guy dropped them twice they still survived. They are very well packaged indeed. These are are tall doors and very heavy. When installed make sure you attach them to studs. The door is very plain as well as the installation but the quality is very good. Since it is frameless it doesn’t include a lot of hardware. One of the doors will not slide at all. Only one of them will do so make sure that you install it on the right side that you want to go in and out. All the parts are solid metal. No plastic at all. The satin nickel is very pretty and easy to clean without leaving your fingerprints on the hardware. I was unable to install them yet since we have some plumbing issues to take care of first but will provide updated pictures. Doors are not fragile and are durable. Easy to clean and keep bacteria out of it. Price is competitive with other leasing brands. If I hadn’t seen the brand I would have guessed it belonged to a top shower door retailer. I am very excited to get this frameless shower door installed. Looking over the directions, it appears very straightforward. If you have some degree of competency, you should be able to install this door with little difficulty. If in doubt, hire it out. These doors are heavy, it is a two person job. The hardware looks to be high quality with a nice even finish.

This shower door by Holcam is gorgeous and very sleek. I love the frameless design and quality of the material. This shower door is HEAVY and requires at least two people for installation. The thick tempered glass is scratch resistant and an oil repellent. It is also easy to clean and has less build up due to the materials. The barn door design is modern and will certainly enhance any bathroom. One door slides and the other is fixed in place. This shower is a high end quality product well worth its value. I highly recommend this shower door by Holcam, an established brand for over 95 years.

The door is beautiful however the instructions and installation are horrible. I have never seen or heard my contractor so frustrated over a shower door. It has never taken him more than 2 hours to install a shower door in any of my houses. This door took most of the morning to just put pieces together then all of the measuring and cutting that had to be done ( make sure you are VERY good at math). Then there are Allen Wrenches that have their own screw ( don't lose one or you are done) Thank goodness my contractor is well organized. After 5 hours of tedious, non stop work, the doors are in. The doors are pretty but I lost a half a days work on other projects.

First, delivery was excellent . The driver pulled it off the pallet and used a hand truck to bring it to the porch. Everything was labeled and packaged so that each step was easy to go through. Understand one thing. TAKE YOUR TIME. Measure twice before every step. Assembly is smooth if you do that. The glass is beautiful. 3/8" thick. Nice tempered glass. The threshold is great on keeping water from leaking and is soft on the feet. No painful rail to hurt when stepping in or out. The rails are well crafted. Quiet rollers that are very appealing to the eye. Handle is well crafted and sturdy. Love the full height panels.

HOLCAM ECLIPSE shower sliding door is exceptionally high quality. The shipping was very prompt and packaging excellent, as you can see on the photo. It is 180 degree panel, made out of 10 mm clear tempered glass and somewhat unique stainless steel roller system. There is a very special bulb shaped door seal, which protects against leakage. Bottom edge is very soft for feet and tough enough to handle wheelchair. The rubbed bronze finish is simply gorgeous and the door is very modern and made to last many years. We have not decided where to install this shower door as of yet, but are very sure it will be the centre piece of any of our shower stalls. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

Very excited to install this in my new bathroom but I wanted to write a review before i forgot. Item showed up in perfect shape via estes. I had an issue with a lazy delivery driver who lied about it being a curbside delivery but besides that the door showed up unscathed which is always a concern when shipping huge pieces of glass. I love that it comes with an intuitive ap that should make installation for my contractor a breeze. This is a big deal for me because my contractor charges by the hour so the ap should help him get it done fast. Anyways I will update my review after the door is installed but a big thank you to Holcam for getting this to me quickly and in one piece!!

We have been in a pinch in this. The doors are thick, beautiful and clean looking. Very heavy so you will need studs to hang the rod for the doors as all the weight of the door that moves is hanging from the rod itself. One side is stationary and the other has two rollers and a handle. It is super minimalist. We ordered a new shower to replace our tub but have been waiting months for it. We have not been able to install it.
