this fan is poorly made
I purchased this fan 13 months ago and used it less than a dozen times. It is installed on a covered lanai. I was sitting on the lanai and out of nowhere a blade broke off. When i say broke off, I mean the particle board blade broke. Luckily it hit the floor and didn't hurt anyone. This fan is simply made of cheap material. Home Depot should be embarrassed at selling this low quality product. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Love Them
I love all the different features that come with these fans. they put out a good amount of circulation. I like that the fans can be set to automatically turn off in case you forget. a very simple to install. I've only had them a week so I can't speak for the longevity of them. but I paid $119 for these on sale. I installed three of them and it's nice that they have different frequency settings for the remote so they can all be used independently.

Windy night broke blades
The fan is very nice looking and works well. On a windy night recently - 2 blades broke off and there is no warranty for weather so either I will need to buy a new fan or fan blades (so far no luck with customer service to get them) They are made of pressed wood so be careful if you are installing anywhere that you might have weather.

Bought 4 of these in brushed nickel for a covered porch and deck. They began to rust 5-6 months. Sent pics and proof of purchase to manufacturer no response…crickets Spend your money elsewhere.

Not for outdoor use, terrible blade design
Purchased 6 of these 2 yrs ago for covered outdoor use. We live in AZ. We get some wind, but by no means tornado/hurricanes. 5 blades have completely broken off and another 5 are just barely hanging on, all broken at different times just from normal weather. Initially, they sent a 5 pack warranty replacement, which has kept them going but when I went to call for more, "not covered when broken by wind". And replacements are $24 per blade.

Rusting after a year
Purchased and had it installed and 14 months later the motor housing and ring protecting the light are rusting. I’m being told it’s over 3 months so nothing they can do. This is supposed to be an outdoor fan. I want my money back. I don’t want a replacement as I already paid for install of a defective product.

Beautiful and functional
A family member recommended this ceiling fan. I bought one for my home office and one for my bedroom and I just love it. It’s so quiet, produces a good amount of air, gives off great light, is dimmable and the price is great! I also love that it’s remote controlled vs having pull strings. You can also still control this with the light switch.

This fan puts out no air. I didn't know that was possible. It's an outdoor fan so surely it's supposed to be designed for that. It's installed in the ceiling of my covered porch which is set back from any breeze (why I have the fan). My porch is only 10x12 and it's a 52" fan so it should be plenty adequate. There is no reverse switch as I thought surely that was the problem. I haven't tried to return it because it would be such a pain and expense to uninstall it and have a new one installed, though I may still try that. I paid $150 for this fan plus installation. All a waste. It's no better on high speed plus it wobbles and makes a terrible noise. Very disappointed.

The fan does have a reverse switch located under the motor collar cover on the top of the motor housing as shown in the installation video on the product page (fast forward to the 20:00 mark) and as shown in the user manual on page 14. The fan may be operating in the reverse direction. The fan is designed for use in areas of 12ft x 12ft to 18ft x 18ft. Installing in a smaller are may negatively impact the fan's performance. When properly installed, the fan should operate quietly and wobble-free.
