Anyone else having problems with the bulbs ?

Three of the seven bulbs won’t sit in the house in properly. They’re not making contact and they won’t light up. I have to really twist and force them down and it feels like the bulbs going to shatter. So I only have four working lights

I had the issue with 3 of the sockets. They appeared to be straight but upon trying to screw in the bulb they were not as I could not get the bulb to screw in properly, so I took the glass off around the bulb. Then I let the bulb just sit and rotated it counter clockwise then clockwise working the bulb around until it caught in the groves properly. Then i noticed they appeared to be seated crooked to the fixture. I gently straightened the the socket with the bulb in it and screwed the bulb all the way in. I too thought it might shatter in my hand but got them in to the socket and they worked properly.

How do you install the light bulbs?

The 16.5 seem too big

You get a ladder or step stool so you're actually looking down at the fixture and insert the light bulb that way. It was a bit challenging and I had to ask my daughter, who is an adult but has smaller hands, to help me out. I'm not sure what 16.5 looks like but the instructions do tell you what bulbs should be used for this specific lamp. Hope that helps!

I have it in the dining room about 35" above a 8' table. The fixture does light up the room nicely but your right the light is for the most part aimed upwards. I have slightly darkened area right down the middle of the table with the outer edges of my table lit up from the ambient light coming from the edges of the fixture and the light from the ceiling. However with the seven 60W bulbs in the fixture it lights the room up enough to illuminate the table.

Can you use a Dimmer switch with this light?

If you look under DETAILS, then scroll down to FEATURES, then look over one to the right under SPECIFICATIONS, it states that it is adjustable hanging length, dimmable, indoor. So it definitely should work with dimmable bulbs. If it doesn't, then I would contact customer support and let them know of your situation and to inform that their specifications are incorrect.

Took about 2 hours with the help of multiple people and once we had it secured, we realized this “7 light chandelier” only came with 6 lights!!! Must have been a defective box but that was very disappointing.

I have had this light in a customers house for a year and it looks great but I have replaced all of the bulbs twice. No other LED in their house has a problem and the line voltages are all good. Basically the fixture is on its third set of these specialty bulbs in one year.

I was happy l left more as it is about 5 inches from where the wire comes out to the box. I pulled the chains strait and measured how much wire I needed.
