Arleigh 44 in. Indoor/Outdoor Wet Rated White Low Profile Ceiling Fan with Integrated LED Included

We purchased these fans a second time for our new home. Very quality built, quiet and easy to install.

Nice looking fan, easy install. Wish it moved a little more air, but it is a small fan in a small porch area. All and all pretty nice.

Not too heavy and very easy to install. I installed it by myself. The ceiling mount has a metal hook that holds the motor housing while the wires are being connected. It looks and works great on my back porch.

We love the look of this ceiling fan but..... The LED stop working 3 months into owning it and we have searched the internet high and low and can NOT find a replacement LED light fo it ! Tried sending a email to Home Depot but could NOT find a email address ! Tried calling but they are NOT open on Sunday ! Will try going to the store to get a replacement but so far nothing but aggravating !!!!!

I bought three fans for my screened porch, as they were wet rated. Very easy installation and extremely quiet. They are nice fans at a great price.

One of the best! This Home Decorators Collection Arleigh 44 in. LED Outdoor White Ceiling Fan with Light is one of the best designed lights I have ever installed. They paid attention to every detail of what has to be done to install a ceiling fan. I have installed over a dozen ceiling fans of all different sizes and different brands. This was the fastest and easiest ever! The large mounting plate has a built in hook to hold the motor assembly while connecting wires. The motor assembly then goes on two holding screws while you install two others. The holes lined up exactly and were not so close to the ceiling or housing that you easily got a full screw driver on them. Attaching the blades were a dream come true. Every single screw hole lined right up and all 15 screws were done in under 5 minutes for five blades. The design went through the rest with every screw lining up perfectly. I am so happy with the install. OK, so the packaging was incredible, as it was as well designed as the fan itself. The instructions were perfect, step by step. The fan materials are not cheap wood, spray painted for appearance. They are a polished plastic that looks great and will hold up outside as well as inside without warping in the humidity. The LED light gives off plenty of light and the three speed fan moves air very well for such a small fan. I am very happy with this fan that I installed over a work bench in my garage. That is why the small size was perfect. I am so happy with it I will look for a larger size when replacing on my outdoor patio as well. Box says the motor and LED light will cost only $9.00 to run per year!

I think I am going to really like this small fan. It will not fit where I originally intended to hang it due to the unique mounting system that is used. I will mount it on another porch that I am now refurbishing. The fan mounts using a 10" wide heavy steel plate fastened to your electrical box. The motor housing bolts directly to this heavy plate, instead of using the hanger ball and mount typically used. I magnet tested all the exposed hardware and it is all non magnetic so there should be no problem with rust. The blades slide through slots in the housing and are attached internally with screws. This fan should eliminate the red wasp problem in my current fan. Each year they build nests in the area between the shroud and the motor. This fan is designed so it provides no access to them.

One of the easiest fans to install and close enough to the ceiling for most rooms, such as a bedroom, utility room and pretty much any outdoor space with a normal ceiling height (e.g. 8 feet). The instructions were well written and easy to follow. For one person I'd estimate about an hour start to finish. Overall, the quality is excellent, it has three speeds (hi, med, low) and is reversible. I replaced a standard contractor light. The outlet had two wired switches, one for the light and one for the fan. It was easy to wire this fan to separate the functionality. In addition there are the standard pull chains on the fan itself to control the light and fan separately. The fan is very quiet and certainly moves enough air for a medium sized room. I would definitely install again.

i just had a patio converted into a Lanai (for non Floridians some kind of four seasons porch), because we do our outside living in the winter, but need screen against all the critters. I was looking for a nice with it looking ceiling fan for this setup, and it needs to be an outside fan because of our high humidity during most of the year. I came across this fan and i look it modern styling.It comes with a light as a bonus, and it has the typical pull cords for selecting the fan speeds and turning the light on. I had a professional electrician install it, and I think it must have been easy to do so, because the electrician was not complaining! I like the fan a lot and can only recommend it!

I got this fan to replace one in our back screened in porch. The present one, even though was "supposed" to be rated for indoor / outdoor was not...As a result, it started to rust, and has gotten louder when running. Looking over this fan, it's plainly visible that this is strictly rated as Outdoor. The directional switch is housed within a membrane sleeve. The LED light assembly is housed within a thick, plastic enclosure. The fan blades are weather-resistant quality PVC. The light globe attaches by simply doing a half turn. The light glove is made of thick, white glass!...NOT plastic! The motor has a Lifetime Warranty. The LED lifespan is 50,000 hours and rated for 20-watts. Seeing as how this fan was replacing one already installed, the installation was that much easier however, I particularly liked how absolutely simple it was making the electrical connections...Three wires, and one multi-wire plug...That's it. The included instructions are extremely well laid out, and absolutely easy to follow installing your fan. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of this fan, and Highly Recommend it.
