Bradstone 47.80 in. White Writing Desk

Very nice desk. It fits well in my office. It is heavier than I expected. You do need two people to assemble because of the wait. I haven’t put it in action yet. But I do love it. It was a learning curve to remove the drawers, easy once I understood the mechanism. I thought the color would be blacker, but I am happy with the charcoal gray.

The Bradstone Black Writing Desk by Home Decorators Collection is a beautiful and solid piece of furniture. You will notice right away when you start to put the desk together that it is well-constructed and is designed to last for a long time. Installation was very easy and straightforward and my only issue was getting the individual drawers reinstalled. It looks great in our basement office!

I needed a smaller desk to fit a space in a bedroom and this writer's desk fit the space perfectly. The desk arrived in a box that only needed the legs and shelf attached. The included instruction manual was good and the bag of hardware alphabetized was easy to follow and even included the hex wrench necessary to tighten the bolts. I was able to assemble the desk myself within about an hour and needed no additional tools and feels rock solid. The white finish is a nice color and goes with basically any decor. The two pull out sliding drawers with brush nickel knobs are handy for storing stationary, pens and other knick knack items. The shelf below at about shin level is great for storing items and keeps the desktop clear.

This desk is quite contemporary and modern. The finish is a dark graphite, almost black, that is very current. The lines and style are simple and sleek and look very clean. It is generally easy to assemble with only a couple of bolts that are a bit difficult to reach. Otherwise the instructions are clear and the parts are thoughtfully packaged with easy to understand labels. Overall, I'm very pleased with the desk.

Home Decorators Collection Bradstone Black Writing Desk I chose this desk for my granddaughter who has been home schooling and it seems she needed a place where she could focus! This desk is it, it’s actually a very handsome piece of furniture with sleek clean lines and a bottom shelf which adds more space for books or a flower pot speakers etc. the knobs on the two drawers are antique brass very sophisticated.The box was package extremely well and it has a kit will all the screw and L wrench. The instructions were simple so easy to use! I was concerned I’d scratch it while putting it together but the predrilled holes and the labels, nuts, screws and L brackets were tagged along with the instructions made putting this desk or writing table together a breeze. It’s a sturdy desk it’s not weak and it’s very well made. She will be able to use this desk/writing table for years. It’s beautiful enough to be used as a hall or sofa table. I’d refer anyone to this handsome piece of furniture.

This is a nice desk. The desk comes with instructions and parts for assembly. There's an Allen key included but you will also need a Phillips head screwdriver. It was easy to assemble. The build quality is good. The paint in even throughout. I was able to put the desk together without any issues. There was one screw hole in the shelf that wasn't aligned with a predrilled hole on the shelf support bar. But, it wasn't necessary to drill another hole into the shelf. I screwed the screw into the shelf, and the predrilled hole was covered by the support bar. The drawers slide in and out without any issues. This desk exceeded my expectations. .

Home Decorators Collection Bradstone 47.80 in. White Writing Desk is a nice clean solid piece of furniture. The drawers slide easily and the finish is smooth and uniform. The plastic feet are adjustable to avoid rocking. The desk comes well protected by lots of ridged foam packing in an 88-pound box. The top and drawers come assembled and the legs come assembled as two end frames. The shelf and stiffener come separated. The provided hardware is clearly marked in bags and there are good assembly directions. Assembly is easy with eight bolts per end and four Philips head wood screws under the shelf. All together a nice writing desk.
