Great fan, when it works..
The airflow of these fans are amazing and I really love the look of the fans… when they work. I purchased two and they lasted me less than 6 months. Couldn’t find my receipt so customer service wouldn’t help me. Now I’m stuck with two fans that don’t work at all and I’m out -$600 plus the cost of a licensed electrician hanging them. Very disappointed because I loved them before they stopped working.

Disappointed
This fan looks so nice in my room and I thought it would be a great fan. However, I was terribly worried. It was difficult to assemble. I couldn't feel any air if it wasn't on high speed. And, just like so many others, my fan no longer responds to the remote and I've only had this fan for a month. I changed the batteries and tried to reset the remote. That does not work. It's ridiculous that the company knows the fan does not meet the needs of the customer. I want my money back.

Hello, lack of airflow may be due to the size and height of the room. This fan has a 3 year part warranty, 5 year light warranty, and lifetime motor warranty. Suddenly stop working
Only lasted 2 months, to expensive to only work for 2 months, I do not recommend this fan it.

Nice looking fan, not great quality
Bought this Fan for our new home, worked great for a few months but now I can’t change the settings, the remote does not work or it’s not programmed well, the light is on all the time. Looks really nice but not worth the hassle.

Most of the hardware that they gave me to attach...
Most of the hardware that they gave me to attach the fan blades had screws that were too short. Only 2 of the 8 pieces of hardware had the right length. DO NOT BUY! I will be returning.

Celene 62 doesn't work
Bought this unit and had it installed in my new home and it only lasted about 2 months. The light and the fan neither one work. I hangs as an art peice for conversation now!! Do not waste money on this brand.

Big blade garbage
I have now replaced 2! Of these fans in less than 6 months. One separate events they just stop working. Another issue is the difficulty in a setting different “channel” to differentiate one fan remote from another. My fans are at opposite ends of the house but one remote still turns both on.
GO with a different brand fan. Don’t buy Home Decorators fans.
Thankful to my local Home Depot for taking care of me with these junk made fans.

Tricky installation
Easy to assemble. I installed it on a 35 degree vaulted ceiling. Someone mentioned that If your ceilings degree is more than 35 degrees you’ll have a hard time with sliding in the receiver through the ceiling bracket. That is true. I don’t see it working with a ceiling that’s pitched more than 35 degrees. Tdon’t assemble the blades at first as you might not have enough room to work on lastly, the blades are made of some particle board material so I wouldn’t not recommend for outside

Lots of extra features with a catch
This large white fan has some great features:
1. Large 62" blades
2. 8 blades instead of 5.
3. Quiet DC motor.
4. Integrated light.
But there are a few issues:
1. Quality control as the Blade Support Plates had the wrong screws. I had to get a new set.
2. Customer Service is hard to contact.
3. The blades are hard to install. The rest was easy but Ugh, the blades take forever.
4. While fan is rated for damp location, I doubt the blades are. We shall see.
One final positive note. I mounted this fan in my sunroom, and it is connected to a switch. I used the remote control to set the fan speed and the light settings (color and lumens). It remembered the settings and now I can use the wall switch to turn the fan on and off and it always uses the Last Setting when turned off at the wall. Great Feature!!
I will probably buy more of these and just deal with the minor issues.

Love The Matte White
Such a great finish, the white is really well done. Eight very long blades really completes the look. Picked this up for a new construction build and needed a big fan, this one certainly filled the space but I had some problems with this one. Right off, while the blades are long, they are thin and didn't give me much confidence in their build quality. Second and maybe the most important, I could not for the life of me, get the blades to attach to the fan body. Im thinking some holes were mis-drilled so be sure to check that if you go this route. Installation seems pretty straight forward otherwise. The LED light is nice and when its off, the coating on the cover blends in with he rest of the fan. It is plastic though which is a little thin. Some great things about it, but ultimately just not the one.
