Highly recommend
This fan is very well made and beautiful! I had my electrician install but he had no issues. I did by a downrod. Goes so beautifully with my farm style look. Also it matched the vent covers nicely

Simple install, great looks
Install took 30 minutes tops by myself. That includes taking the old fan down. Easy process, great looks and decent price!

Pretty fan but has a knock
Installed it and it work but has a loud knock in it. Using a 15 ft ladder to disassemble and the knock cane from the motor.

Fan Blade broke
Bought this fan because fit my decor in the bedroom , it worked great until one night we heard the fan making a wobbly noise and seen the bracket had broken it was hanging on by one button screw , thank God it didn't come off all way or it could of hit one of us or broke something The quality of this fan is horrible, the brackets should be metal not a plastic type material, for over a hundred dollars I would expect better craftsmanship, Very disappointing

quality control nightmare
well this fan about put me over the edge. I had to purchase and return 3 of these. it took my electrician 3 separate visits until he realized the problem. no matter what he did the light kit would not work. finally he thoroughly inspected the large group of wires that go into a plastic connector from the fan do the large group of wires attached to a connector from the light kit those wire colorings the way they were inserted into the plastic housing did not match the way they should to make the light and the fan work. so that was the case with all three fans that I purchased. I did reach out to the Home Depot 1-800 number and it always went to a voicemail with no returned call from Home Depot. the fan itself is beautiful the manufacturing process and Quality Control process is appalling

It is incredibly disappointing to hear that the wire connectors for multiple fans were defective and very upsetting that you were unable to get a hold of a customer service representative for warranty assistance. This fan has a 2 year part warranty and a lifetime motor warranty. absolulely love
After a recent house fire, we had to replace 4 ceiling fans from smoke damage. Loved the look if these fans, and purchased. The reviews do not do justice. Absolutely no issues with installation, and no issues with any noise as one review implied. Only “complaint” is, you can get cold quickly on high. Cant wait for some of our other fans to stop working, so we can replace throughout the rest of the house.
