Yes, but you may have to cut a hole into the bottom of the cabinet storage space. I had to do that based on where my plumbing was, but it was an easy fix. See the picture included. I installed this vanity myself and did all of the plumbing. It was a pretty easy job.

From the floor to the bottom of the vanity is 14 3/4 inches. Yes I did have to cut a 2 inch wide, 6 inch long oval to accommodate my trap.

It is a very very dark brown. In low lighting it does look black.

The Espresso is so dark that I think the grain is not visible -unless you're an inch away. Great vanity though!

I did not find any particle board in the cabinet that i installed in my home.

Bigger than the size of the unit and VERY heavy.

I think what i will plan to do is to "notch" the back legs to fit over and around the baseboard trim so i don't have to cut and remove the trim. does anyone know the thickness of the legs and the height from the bottom of the legs to the shelf?

I believeit it could be painted, just like kitchen cabinets can be painted. The finish is glossy (cleans well). And it would take A LOT of prep work, same level of effort as kitchen cabinets. It is a sturdy little cabinet.

Yes, about the top and vessel sink, which I did, but it gets to be pretty tall so we cut a hole in the top and put the vessel sink part way into the hole so that about 4-5” are above the top. We then used a column faucet, but a wall faucet would work too, I think.
