Hampton Harbor 35 in. Double Tilt-Out Hamper in White

Delivery driver threw box out of truck and damaged the product. I have also written a review already ready so not sure why your system keeps asking for further product reviews.

This was the third hamper that I purchased. The first two were delivered damaged. So I had the 3rd one shipped to the store. I picked it up, checked it before leaving the store. Everything was fine. Until I got it home, used it and on the 3rd time opening the tilt out the connection at the bottom popped out... it had broke. This is so disappointing, because it's a great looking hammer that looks like furniture...but not constructed well at all!!!!

The look of this cabinet is beautiful and it was the perfect size for my laundry room. It was shipped quickly and was completely assembled other than attaching the feet. My excitement quickly turned to great disappointment when I saw the multiple cracks, and broken frame.

Ordered this twice and both were messed up. Both had smashed corners. The second one the side was busted and the pins that hold the drawers in place one side was broke. So one drawer don't work. I don't recommend this at all. Way too high priced to be damaged like they are.

This could be a nice product but like other reviews ours was badly damaged. We’re trying one more time but if it arrives damaged too, we’ll look at something else. Wish there was an alternate to Fedex delivery.

After lots of searching for a hamper for our tight space, we came across this one. Price was a bit steep, but it was a nice size and had a nice look. Shipping was fast, but upon delivery we noticed one of the doors had the corner completely gone, most likely due to a screw. We decided to order a second, and upon delivery it had even more damage, despite the crazy amount of cardboard framing protecting it in the box. If they can’t make it to the house they can’t make it with daily use.

I absolutely love the idea and style of this double hamper and I was very excited to add it to my hall bath - One side for clothes and the other side for bath towels. We’ll, we have had this hamper for about 10 months now and it is starting to fall apart. The one side is the paint is cracking and the wood is separating. It also has maintained this incredibly awful chemical smell for the entire time we’ve had it. I thought it would air out, but it still absolutely reeks. Awful product.

Exactly what I needed. No assembly except for screwing on the feet. I love it and would recommend.

Where to begin... This hamper wouldn't be that bad if it were about $80 bucks but at $199, you could definitely say it's WAY OVER PRICED. It is easy to assemble IF you are handy and don't need to follow directions. If you need to follow the directions, good luck because the directions are a complete joke and since they are illegible, I did not know I was missing the most important pieces; the part that allows the hamper to tilt. They give you a paper that says "if you are missing any parts, please contact us for replacements." Okay, that's great! Do you think they provide a phone number, email address, SOMETHING to actually get a hold of them? Of course not! Now we are Googling a customer service number for this company.. finally find one. After being on the phone with what we thought was a 3rd grader, we got absolutely nowhere! The customer service representative had absolutely no idea how to help us nor get us replacement parts; might as well been talking to a brick wall. After all that frustration, we just decided to order another one just to get the parts that we needed and then return it. This whole experience with this order was just absolutely ridiculous! After moving into our new house, we did a bathroom remodel and where our old, small RV size of a shower was just happened to be the exact width of the hamper. I decided to rip apart the hamper and customize it to our liking. I even switched out the knobs and installed stainless steel pulls. Don't mind it that much as a built in but as far as a stand alone hamper, I would not recommend it. It's not worth the price that it's sold for.

Product is indeed a beautiful design and one would never know it is a hamper. The materials are not very solid and is not made of quality wood. However, the color and outer design is nice.
