Deep Onyx Color is way Off from online cabinet pics and google lookup.

Beware Deep Onyx is Blue with some grey in it at best. We ordered a couple of cabinets in this color for a bar, even though I wanted black, and I didn't want white, so we thought these would be really dark grey (almost black, like if you look up deep onyx on google). Not even close to the pictures online or a Google lookup on the color. Also, not our lighting since we looked at the cabinets outside and inside, which look the same. The best I can describe them is bluish grey, so if you're looking for bluish grey, this is the color. We also had scratches and missing parts. Hope this helps someone avoid a color mistake!

DO NOT BUY ANY HOME DECORATORS CHEAP CHINESE CRAP

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERPRICED. Cabinets don’t match fridge panels it’s been almost 2 months and no real solutions $6000 for what? Seriously going to stop shopping at homedepot all together it’s convenient but completely trash from the customer service to the products low quality all around.

Don’t Buy

Wouldn’t buy again. 3 months and still waiting on replacement pieces to arrive not broken and damaged. Original delivery was a week early, no heads up given. They just drop them outside and don’t call or email about the date but you only have 72 hours to report damage or you’re stuck with it. Side panels of cabinets are not painted to match as advertised, but cheap glued on melamine. They switched their manufacturing process in the middle of my replacements and are now saying they don’t make my missing piece that has showed up wrong/broken 4 times. They switched all their filler strips to MDF instead of real wood and I now have mixed-matched filler pieces that are different materials, different thicknesses, and cheap quality. Broken cabinets needing replacement, scratches, paint chips, misaligned doors and drawers, peeling bubbling and tearing melamine sticker finishes, and months of delays are what to expect when ordering these cabinets. Delivery driver smashed into my roof soffit while dropping off cabinets and now have an. insurance claim to fix. Nothing short of a headache.

Waste of money

I purchased 10 kitchen cabinets and three arrived terribly damaged from shipping. Customer service did nothing because I missed the 72 hour window to make a claim (they arrived earlier than originally promised and I was not able to inspect immediately upon delivery). Cabinets also were not properly nailed and my GC did his best to salvage them.

Deep Onyx is actually NAVY

Received 4 out of 5 cabinets damaged. In process of receiving replacements. But also so thrown off by Deep Onyx paint color being more like a deep navy. Very blue undertones. We will be painting over the cabinets to receive the charcoal tone we thought was coming.

Cheaply made overpriced junk. DO NOT BUY

These are by far the absolute worst cabinets I have ever purchased. Nothing lines up correctly, door is falling off, one cabinet had to be completely rebuild by my contractor as it fell apart! this was by far the worst mistake I have ever made ordered from HomeDepot. We ended up having to use these cabinets because I did not have time to order new one and my contractor was booked out for months.

Good quality for price

And no damage during delivery I've been very happy with this product. It's good quality cabinets and the price is great. Delivery has also been great and I've had no damage through 3 separate deliveries for 6 cabinets.

Poor workmanship, unsatisfactory product support

We bought about 10 or so of this cabinet line. After only a couple of weeks half of the doors were loose and a couple had fallen off. The problem was that the screws used to hold the door hinges to the cabinet frame were too short and over-tightened, causing them to strip out. The company would not fix the cabinets in spite of their warranty. They offered to send new hinges even though we explained over and over that the hinges weren't the problem. Poor quality, poor support, never again.

A very disappointing experience!

We received these with a rectangular groove routed out of the interior of all the doors. When we brought this to the manufacturer’s attention, we were told it’s a “feature”. I disagree strongly and invite feedback from anyone considering this product/manufacturer. The Home Depot site shows smooth interiors on the doors, theirs shows a recessed area (mimicking a panel). This is neither and we’re still arguing over this to get it fixed.

Overall a fine cabinet

Ordered this for use in laundry room, and I think it will be fine for that purpose. Construction seems sturdy and without defects. Had to make minor adjustments on the doors so they would close straight. Interesting that the false drawer front snaps on.
