Can this fan/light be mounted on a 45 degree sloped ceiling?
Thank you for your question. The fan can be installed on a sloped ceiling with a maximum angle of 30 degrees. If the slope is greater than 30 degrees, you will need a 45 degree canopy kit like model #82725.
I've owned the Palm Cove 52" Natural Iron ceiling light kit model #51422 for 4 years and thought it had only 1 speed and no reverse. I've tried finding the toggle switch but there doesn't seem to be one. Where exactly is it

How do you change the lightbulb in this fan?
Thank you for your question. To change the light bulb, you will need to remove the pull chain extension from the light kit and then unscrew the finial and hex nut from the light kit. Hold the light shade when removing these parts to ensure that the shade does not fall. Remove the rubber washer from the light kit and then the shade will be able to be removed from the light kit to allow access to the light sockets. You can see this in detail in the complete installation video located with the alternate images online (fast forward to the 16:45 mark).

My fan started reversing on second pull and only has high speed and off. Second pull automatically reverses the fan. How can I fix this? We’ve only had this less than 2 years and only used occasionally.

Your fan should normally cycle through speeds (high → medium → low → off) with each pull of the chain and has a separate reverse switch on the fan body to change rotation direction. Are the wires included with the fan long enough to use with an18in down rod or do I need to buy an additional wire extension kit or something?
