Just installed these blinds. Can’t get the wand to turn the blinds more than a little bit. The blinds also don’t move consistently and evenly when opening/closing. I’m afraid to turn too hard and break the wand/blinds.

Please note if the width needs to be shortened the Vertical kits are not cuttable. Please order the head rail and louvers separately and Home Depot in store can cut down.
What is the size of the rail
The vertical blind kit is 78 inches wide and 84 inches long. The headrail itself cannot be cut down, but the louvers can be adjusted to a shorter length. If you need a different width, you'll need to order the headrail and louvers separately.
