Perfect Side Tables For A Modern Homey Style. These side tables by Home Decorators fit the bill for us. They have that eclectic farmhouse feel without overtly being too rustic. The top tray can lift off and you can use the inside for storage if you would like. The wood top is very lightweight, and the stain is light/matte, no lacquered finish. We have noticed this makes drink condensation rings show up very easily. The quality of metal works for this application, sturdy and won't bend easily. Love the two pack combo, helped bring multiple elements of the same design in our space for a good value. No assembly required.

These are really nice, sturdy pieces. I purchased these to replace a large storage ottoman in our family room. The ottoman was too large but we still needed storage. These are perfect and offer additional use as side tables or even trays in a pinch. Very happy with my purchase and delivery. Packed very nicely too.

The round galvanized metal decorative baskets with wood lids by Home Decorators are a very nice usable accent piece. They have a retro industrial look and work great as small end tables with the bonus of added storage. We are using the two in our family room to hold throw blankets. The overall construction is good and they seem plenty sturdy enough to use as a small table.

These examples of the Home Decorators Collection Round Galvanized Metal Decorative Basket with Wood Lid (Set of Two) are somewhat rustic looking however, we put them next to a modern TV stand and they look great, so basically they can go with just about anything. My wife says they're trendy. They are different sizes, though they are quite close in size. You could put things inside of them for storage, but I think doing so would take away from their good looks. If you found something really cool to put in there, that might work.
They came in one box, nested and wrapped with bubble wrap to keep them separated. The lids were in the bottom of the box. There is virtually no assembly other than placing the lids on.
The handles are convenient and the hinges work well. They are lightweight but quite sturdy so I won't worry about them collapsing or falling over even with a fairly large plant on top.
We are glad to have these baskets in our home because they look great. We had been discussing the need for a couple of plant stands and these fit the bill perfectly.
