The Wythe Collection from Home Decorators Collection features transitional style outdoor lighting suitable for a wide variety of home styles, from farmhouse to traditional. The Wythe single light hanging pendant offers an adjustable height and a versatile design, perfect for illuminating porch entryways and backyard patios. A single 60-watt bulb is shaded by seeded glass, allowing for maximum light output. The criss-cross metal decoration on the glass is reminiscent of farmhouse styling and is present thought the Wythe Collection. The bottom of the fixture is open to offer directional lighting as well as easy access to change the bulbs. The Wythe family is offered in a classic black finish which will coordinate well with many existing decor styles and pieces.

Outdoor lighting is the jewelry and sparkle to your home. It is the finishing touch to a beautiful home and this hanging lantern is a proper addition to that scene. A classic and timeless style with visually textured seeded glass panels and an eye catching criss cross pattern that will make any outdoor space look elegant while providing needed light and glow. It hangs on a generous 6 ft chain that can be added to or removed for your custom length or need. It comes well packaged and the glass panels are inserted during final assembly with simple hardware. This could also be used indoors as an attractive focal point. Installation is fairly basic and can be accomplished in less than 30 mins. It uses up to 60 watt bulb but with LED technology brighter is possible. I plan to use this in an eave corner above the garage and will use an amber bulb for a muted glow at night. There are also matching pieces for wall and posts for that complete and well thought out look.

Perfect! I have recently repainted the entire outside of my house and looking for a nice upgrade to my front porch light. Along came this perfect lamp. Should you be in need of a similar type upgrade I highly suggest this one. It has upscale appearance with a most reasonable cost. The glass panes are of the seeded appearance which adds to the elegant look. Although I did not need all of the 6’ chain which came with, it what a great option. Attached is a photo. It is a tastefully, attractive and great addition.
A couple of installation notes of interest. Instructions state there are 8 plastic cover pieces. There were actually 16 and I am thankful. You have two for the tops and bottom of the 4 glass panels for protection.
It also states that when wiring you connect the white wire to the outlet white wire and black to black. I did not notice the small note regarding this option. This model has a double black wire to attach to the black and white wires for connection along with the ground. The small note explains that the outer edge of the black wire side which has a ridged or white stripe is for the white wire feed. The other side of the double black wire is smooth and is the positive side to connect to the black wire.
Save your two mounting screws when you take down the old lamp. My kit came with one machine screw which worked perfectly but also had a sheetmetal screw which did not work.
All in all you will not be disappointed in the final appearance and performance of this lamp. Thanks for your time.

I’m updating the covered porch lighting and decided on the Home Decorators Collection Criss Cross Black 1-Light Outdoor Hanging Lantern. I really like the styling and seeded glass panels on this light, especially when combined with an Old-Style LED Light Bulb. The frame construction is cast aluminum, which will not rust, and the black finish is very nice. Installation is very easy and it comes with a 5 foot chain and mounting hardware for connecting to an electrical junction box. It comes with a 1 year warranty.

Attractive antique looking light that has a very old look and style. Metal is solid and seems to be a good quality. Glass is very pretty because it is not see thru..... I like the glass which has a very nice texture and delicate rain look. As most lights, it is simple and strait forward to put up.....just attach it like any other light fixture. The 6 foot cord is plenty long enough to get the length you need even with a tall ceiling. You can of course add any LED light bulb you want.....go really bright if needed, because you can with the LED lower wattage usage.
