We've had this showerhead installed for about two months now and I've been really happy with it. First off, the pressure has been FANTASTIC. We had a big name brand showerhead/handheld combo on our master bath shower before this and the pressure was terrible. I would use the "massager" setting on that one just to rinse my hair. This one, the massager is almost too strong! We also have corrosive water (tub rings red in about a day) and all the showerhead holes are still holding up really well. In the past, it's taken a month and you end up with one or two semi-clogged holes.
My one "con" with this showerhead is the placement of the handheld. I'm 5'1 and the handheld is pretty tough to reach. I purchased a separate handheld holder that is working great with this shower and makes it easier for me to reach it now. On the plus side, the hand held must have a "universal" size knob or it wouldn't fit in my holder!

We love the Hotel Spa 48-Spray High Pressure Dual Showerhead and Handheld Showerhead with Anti-Microbial Protection. The premium polished chrome is very shinny and so far it does not get very spotty and it is easy to wipe down.
Our previous dual showerhead was also a Hotel Spay with Microban (microbial protection) and we can say it works very well. We did not have to clean it nearly as often as past showerheads.
This is the first dual head we have found to have a good amount of pressure even with both heads going. We especially like the mist setting. It is not a setting we have had on previous showerheads.
The main head is quiet large and the handheld head is about the size of our previous main head. It has a good long hose. The handheld head is pretty high.
Installation was just as easy as any showerhead. Took maybe 10 minutes. We think this Hotel Spay dual head is worth the money.

I found this shower head difficult to install (for something that should be relatively simple). Like many others today, it is made of metal coated plastic, so the threads are not strong and it is easy to cross-thread them. The manufacturer suggests that you only hand tighten them. I found that the unit leaks like a sieve from several places if you only hand tighten them.
The diverter switch (to change from regular shower to hand shower) is hidden in an inconvenient place behind the large main shower. You have to feel for it and figure which direction to turn it. This is not as convenient as my present one-shower head unit that has a simple and easy to locate press button on the shower head. I have seen better engineered and easier to assemble shower heads than this and can't recommend this one.

This is a real good shower head and spray unit. Many, many features, very easy to handle and use. there are many different spray patterns, something for everyone. I love the strong feel of a shower and this one is great. The unit is very easy to install. It took me ten minutes to unpack and read the instructions and five minutes to install, everything was provided including the plumbers tape to prevent leaks.

This is very nice dual showerhead set..Got this to replace a Waterpik Handheld Shower Head, worked great just wanted to update with a nicer one. Very easy to install. Put in the spare bathroom. The color match's the walls, didn't realize until I installed it.. Use the plumbers tape so no leaks. I can't get both heads to spray at the same time with full water pressure top one has less. Great water pressure when used separately. Looks great.

Showerhead installation is straightforward and does not require any tools. My only complaint is that the diverter and its threads are plastic rather than metal but on the positive side do not require teflon tape. Water can run through either head individually or both simultaneously. Water pressure is great when only a single head is used and diminishes a little with both, as expected. Spray patterns are typical. There is a "pause" feature where the water only drips slowly without completely halting in order to prevent pressure build up but reduce water usage when not needed. Time will tell if the claim of "anticlog" nozzles holds up. Seems to be good so far.

Extremely easy to install, even if you have no tools or knowledge of plumbing. I'm not sure it really needs six different spray options, but I might end up using them all. One of the options barely drips water, and at first I thought the unit wasn't working properly until I realized that is a water-saving feature. You can set it at slow drip while lathering, and maintain water temperature without having to re-adjust you primary shower valve. The main shower head is HUGE and provides a very wide spray when set that way. The handheld shower head is slightly smaller but still very large, and has all the settings of the main head. You have three choices for where the spray comes from: All Main, All Handheld, or Both. The whole thing is very lightweight and looks great in my tub.

I just installed my new Microban shower head in my bathroom. This are combo luxury shower heads with antimicrobial nozzle. The set comes with a large shower head and a hand shower. There's a diverted switch that allows you to alternate running water from hand shower to the shower head. Both contains the multiple selector for water pattern, 6 functions (Rain, Massage Mist, Rain/Massage, Rain/Mist, or Pause setting). The hand shower comes with the same water pattern functions. The handle has a non-slip grip and a 5 feet hose. The set is highly polished in premium chrome. In terms of installation, it's easy and simple. Just remove the old shower head and install your new Microban. No special tools required. The set comes complete. When screwing in the water diverter, be sure to use the teflon leak proof tape on the shower arm (tape included). Also, don't forget the seal washers between the hose connection (included). Your installation should take about 30 minutes to complete. This is a definitely do-it-yourself (DYI) kit. Love my new shower heads.

Love the different settings. Easy to switch from both heads to just handheld. Pressure is best when only on handheld, but is still very good when both heads are being used. We're on a well and haven't had this good of pressure from our last shower heads. Best feature is the metal hose. Our last one was so annoying with the plastic hose wanting to twist. We really like this. We've had for a few weeks now.
