Weight? Why don't they include the weight for pipe wrenches? I feel like that's a huge determining factor.

The title states that is has a 1-1/2 in. Jaw Capacity, but in the Product Overview, it states that it can clamp to pipes up to 1 in. Dia. Please verify if this can handle pipes up to 1 inch or to 1 1/2 inches.

I’ve always had ridgid pipe wrenches. I’m a concrete cutter, so it was a everyday tool. Had a serious accident at work , long story short, when they took my truck I never got my tools back. Anyways I’m trying to replenish some of my tools and pipe wrenches are something I won’t use nearly as much. Is the husky brand worth it? Is the lifetime warranty something you have to jump hoops through to get it replaced? Is the quality decent? I did a job once where I snapped the handle off of three in one day. Made in China. Thanks
Lifetime warranty is that , I had a problem with a husky wrench ( my fault ) took it to my local home depot store and they replaced it right away ( had my receipt ) with another which was even more expensive because I got mine when they were on sale. No Hoops.
You should go with ridgid brand if you are doing heavy work. These huskies are light weight and easy to handle but I don’t believe they will last heavy work.
