A: This will work for any lengths less than 16tf. Just take up the extra strap slack through the ratchet eye and start tightening the ratchet. The extra strap slack can be tied up into a ribbon so it does not get tangled.

A: Yes,I used it to move a new generator that I had just bought before I was able to get the wheels and handle on it.Just had to tuck the extra length under the tightened strap.I might go back and purchase the 12 foot just to use with the dolly.

Ratchet Straps

They are ratchet straps...nothing fancy...good quality and they work well. Large ratchet handles for good grip and leverage. No need to pay more $s for a name brand one that are probably made in the same factory and same specs. Was going to get the Dewalt ones at Costco but that was a 4 pack for $26...this one is $11 for a 2 pack. Cheaper and if you need only 2 it's perfect.
