When I first started looking for a tool back pack the product picture was worrying, I carry a lot of tools and climb up multiple flights of stairs as a new build electrician. After purchase though I started to load it up and it holds an impressive amount. The bag feels durable, the adjust straps don't loosen up with the heavy load and the plastic/rubber bottom doesn't deform. With the pros does come some cons. The addition of a chest clip would be nice to add some of the pressure on your shoulders and the plastic/rubber bottom does irritate my lower back.Overall a very good value!

good bag but...
My wife bought this for me for Christmas and it’s great except the bottom which is more like a hard plastic than rubber was pinched in at the top on both the front and back so to be able to fit anything in it I had to use a heat gun to heat the plastic up and form it back out which is a pain so be aware you may have to do this too.

I've been looking for a backpack tote for a while, but they all seemed too expensive.
I have used a Husky fabric tool box daily for on-site work for over 15 years and have a well-tuned set of tools in it. There are lots of pockets all around, one row on the inside, and loops on the inside ends. So I decided to take a chance for a mission trip with a different set of tools.
My biggest complaint upon populating it is that whomever designed it never tested it. Once you put a tool in a pocket, the pocket in front of it has so little slack there is barely a room to fit in any other tool. This is sort of obvious if you look at the website photo there's only one row of tools in the back pockets and the front row has a single wrench in each pocket in front of it.. Just a little more material would have made it work fine.
The other thing I'd like to see is some loops for carabiners, hammers, or larger tools on the outside.

I haven't had the bag very long so I cant speak of the longevity of it, however it seems well built. I have loaded my equipment in and used a few times. The biggest issue I have is the pre-sewn tool slots. They are all similar in size which makes it difficult to fit tools of various sizes. It would be better if the pockets were either adjustable or varied in sizes for different tools. Also a few more external accessed pockets. I do believe the bag is great for the price. Similar products are generally much pricier.

good bag for the price.
I work as a electrician this bag holds all my daily used tools. it has some shortcomings like pockets being shallow and not enough of them and bottom is misshapen. haven't used it much bit should buy it knowing this is only a $30 bag I dont expect it to last as long as the 3 yr warranty. most tool back packs are around $100 so for 30 I'm happy.
