Good entry level homeowner DYI light duty use. For light duty use this is a great product, keep in mind if you are looking to compare to what you will see in an automotive shop you will be disappointed. However not everyone needs a high priced heavy duty tool chest. This would be great for a person just getting started and needs something a bit better then the "junk drawer" in the kitchen, I know when I was just out of college and getting started I would have liked a nice light duty tool chest like this. The drawers are deep enough to fit a socket wrench set and open end wrenches without binding on the drawer above. The drawers also have a feature to keep them closed while moving them around. What I will be doing with this is putting my basic automotive tools, when I work on the car in the driveway I will roll this out to reduce the walks back into the garage to get the "other size" wrench or the "other" extension I need. Plus it will keep everything handy. This matches up nice with the cart to complete the set. One thing that would have been nice is to have the pad for the top shelf, there are draw liners for the drawers only. The most important thing is to have the right expectation for this, it is not a $1000 unit and it will not perform like a $1000 unit. It is a great light weight light duty tool box.

A nice compact tool box for homeowner size tools. Very heavy-duty box. Locking and has a lift top for larger tools. Comes with soft liners to hold tools quiet with less loose movement. Box is about 35 pounds empty and states 50-pound limit per drawer. Fully assembled with no instruction necessary. Has a key lock. 3 standard drawers and one deep drawer. Gas lift arms to hold the top of box, open. Handles are nearly flush to sides.

This 4 drawer tool top chest is the part that I needed to complete my tool storage. I needed the chest portion to be able to put the smaller tools into, such as ratchets, screw drivers, pliers, etc. The chest comes with two keys so you can lock it, it also has a rubberized gripper for each draw, so the tools don't roll around while you're closing the draws. The top is held open with struts, so it won't close on you. The draws have ball bearing slides, and open up entirely, making it easy to store tools and retrieve them when needed.
