Screws strip Lazy Susan out of alignment
The screw strip out when you tighten them because they are a cheap metal and the inside upper ring is too small so it doesn't sit all the way against the leg. When you try to tighten it down the 10 mm wrench and or socket doesn't stay on the nut because it's too resessed. The lazy Susan doesn't align either and you have to use tek screws to secure it. Requires a lot of modification to secure to the base. Junk

          Hardware Issues
Bought this stool to match all the tool chests. The bolts are really soft, I had replacement bolts and washers on hand. I was actually demonstrating on how to install bolts with the correct screw driver to my son and it was a failure. But instead of returning the stool, I found it easier to just install new hardware.

            Waste of time and money
Nothing fit right, the screws striped, the holes didnt line up properly. Had cut the legs and weld them again so it can somewhat fit. What a waste of money and time.

            Stripped screws
Would have been fine except the enclosed screws are very poor quality and they all stripped out during assembly. I assume they are poor quality zinc screws. Had to run to local hardware store for another set of 8 - M6-50 screws at an extra cost of $16.28 to properly assemble the stool. Home Depot products are usually just fine, this stool is less than acceptable unless better screws are included.

              Sturdy, but could be better
Bought this today because it was on sale. I just put it together. The piping is solid, paint is nice, and I like that it came with lock nuts. That being said, Husky could learn a lot from Ikea on instructions (pretty lousy). The upper ring was slightly too small so you can't tighten all of the screw/nuts completely (and I have strong hands). Thing that irritated me most was the cheap "rubber caps" that cover the bottom ends (to protect flooring)...they are plastic and split when you put them on.

Stools are just ok, hardware sucks
Don't buy these expecting them to be comfortable or quality. The top inner ring was not the right size, a very loose fit. No washers for the screws, as you tighten the nut they protrude into the indents of the legs so you can no longer hold them with a wrench or socket, trying my best to tighten the gap between the leg and inner ring the screw head popped through the hole in the leg because the head was to small. Plastic cap on bottom of leg cracked. Seat top is extremely hard.

This is a really nice stool, but it’s incredibly difficult to put together and the 4 holes where the seat swivel connects to the base aren’t drilled correctly. I could only get 2 of 4 screws in to connect the swivel to the base legs due to holes not aligning.

I bought 6 stools. The holes on the metal rings were not spaced out properly on 4 out of 6 stools. I drilled my own holes.
