Tried and Tested Winner!
I run an auto parts store and bought this ratchet 3 years ago for us to use on the batteries we change out.
This tool is an absolute workhorse! It’s probably assisted in the changing of 10,000+ batteries and still going strong. Been dropped, baked in the sun and just downright beat up - we can’t kill it.
My only gripe is the charging cable wire out and they don’t offer a replacement for that so we had to re-wire the old one back together.
For the money - highly recommended.

for a sub $100 it does the job
For the cost it does the job well. You get an electric ratchet for $100 and don't have to worry about batteries or anything. A full charge which only takes an hour will last you days!

As an employee of HD, I would get items that we would put out. Of course, I would wait until it was time to tear down the displays and put things back on the shelf. I thought this would be a good item to have. Not really using tools much as I believe in paying the skilled people to do jobs for me so that they too may make a living. I purchased this item as a ratchet and socket set. 1003-325-401. I finally had the opportunity to use it and after the first use, it stopped working. Not working at HD any more it took me some time to take it back for an exchange. Couldn't do it because HD didn't have any more sets like this. And of course, I could not exchange just the ratchet. Like another unhappy customer, it worked once, thought the battery was dead, charged it, still did not work. All I want is to exchange the ratchet. Now I am at the end of my 2-year warranty in a couple of days.

Used twice and stopped working!
I bought this thinking Husky would be a lot more quality! I used it twice for very simple jobs, during the second job it just quit turning. Thought it was dead, charged it for a few hours and still nothing! WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT BUY! home depot will not exchange it so im left with a $60 paperwight

Best tool for the money
I usually don’t do reviews!!! I bought mine at normal price and even at that price it’s still a deal. I’ve had it for over a year now and man I love it. My buddy just bought one on sale and I bought one for my brother! I tried the Milwaukee m12 version (non brushless) and it stood no chance against the husky. I’m truly amazed by the husky ratchet battery life as well... If you looking for something that’s reliable and won’t hurt your wallet this is it!
