A: Bob, no this socket is manufactured in our facility in China.
A: Ace, you can bring the damaged socket to your local store for a replacement, or give us a call at 1-888-HD-HUSKY, option 2 and we can send you out a replacement socket.
A: Hey ac2bshawnp, The hex bit sockets can be used in any scenario where a hex key would be used but they provide better access, a ratcheting mechanism and a longer handle for more torque. No chrome socket is intended to or ever recommended to be used with an impact. Chrome sockets are hardened and only designed for manual drive tools. Due to the mechanism the impact uses to impart torque to the fastener it can shatter the socket causing serious injury. Impact rated sockets are made of softer materials that can absorb the impact and transfer it to the fastener without being dangerous. Thanks!
A: We don't offer them at this time with a hex shank but we do offer a 3/8 square to 1/4 hex adapter that would work. Thanks!
